By using ATHENA you agree to these terms. ATHENA is an adaptive AI inference service operated by Aletheon.
Service
ATHENA routes each query to a model tier and returns the result with usage and energy metadata. Model selection, availability, and pricing may change. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly with included compute units and per-unit overage; pay-as-you-go bills per compute unit with a monthly minimum and a spend cap you control. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel or delete your account at any time; cancellation takes effect immediately and no refund is issued for the remainder of the billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use ATHENA to violate the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or exceed your plan's rate limits through automated circumvention. You are responsible for the queries you submit and how you use the responses.
Estimates & no professional advice
All energy, carbon, and impact figures are estimates based on published research, not direct measurements. Model responses, including any that touch medical, legal, or financial topics, are informational only and are not professional advice.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aletheon's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month. Contact hello@aletheonsolutions.com with questions.
